RPA is a promise – a promise to take away all the mundane work. Irrespective of: Terms: RPA, Intelligent Automation, Integrated Automation, etc. Tools: Uipath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. Methodologies: Agile, COE, Lean, etc. Technologies: AI, ML, OCR, etc. the concept will live on.
